At Dharmamox, we are committed to offering high-quality spiritual content, products, and services. To ensure transparency and clarity, please read our refund, cancellation, and return policy carefully before making any purchase.

📘 1. Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, PDFs)

Non-Refundable Items:

  • All online courses, eBooks, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • This policy applies to free and paid digital content purchased via the Dharmamox platform.

Exceptions:

  • If you have not accessed the course or downloaded the file, and you contact us within 48 hours of purchase, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

🔐 2. Membership Plans

All membership purchases (monthly, quarterly, annual) are non-refundable once activated, except in the following conditions:

  • If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error.
  • If your membership features were not activated within 48 hours of payment.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused time in a subscription.

📅 3. Workshops / Online Events

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If canceled at least 3 days before the workshop date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop.

Cancellation by Dharmamox:

  • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by us, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

📦 4. Physical Products (Rudraksha, Gemstones, Yantras, etc.)

Return Policy:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is:
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Incorrect product received
    • Defective or missing parts

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or energized spiritual items (e.g., energized Rudraksha, personalized gemstones)
  • Items used or tampered with

Refund Timeline:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Dharmamox reserves the right to refuse any refund or cancellation request if it violates our usage terms.
  • Abuse of our policies (e.g., repeated refund requests) may result in account suspension.
